Im doing a group project for a health class about the problems with obesity and need ideas on ways to help in weight loss. Theres 5 people total in our group and we each need to find solutions. Since everyone else got all the healthy ways (nutritious diet, exercise, foods to boost metabolism, etc) I got stuck with weight loss aids (either OTC or prescribed).
